To arrive at your Expression number, take each name separately and add up the letter values using the conversion chart below. Reduce each name to a single digit or master number. Don't use nicknames, assumed name, deviations in spelling used, or omit any part of the birth name. Use it as it appears on the birth certificate. Don't worry about changes to the name (married name, etc.), just stay with complete birth name. Numerology is the easiest of the occult arts and is easy to understand and use. All that is needed is the birth date and the complete name of an individual to unlock all of the secrets that the numbers hold and then the future course of the individual can be derived from it.
There are eleven numbers used in constructing Numerology charts. These numbers are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 22. Larger numbers that occur from adding the numbers in the complete birth date or from the values assigned to each name, are reduced by adding the digits together until the sum achieved is one of the core numbers. Merely add the components of the larger number together (repeatedly, if necessary) until a single digit (or the "master" numbers 11 or 22) results. Each of these number represents different characteristics and expressions.
Master number are the only exception to rule of reducing to the single digit. The master numbers 11 and 22 are intensified versions of the single digit number they replace (2 and 4). In many individuals, the master numbers operate at a much more tangible or practical level, becoming essentially the same as the single digit parallel.

Judging by the number of hands painted in prehistoric caves it would seem that palmistry held a interest for humans since the stone age. Archaeological discoveries have discovered hands made of stone, wood and ivory by ancient civilizations. The emperor of china used his thumbprint when sealing documents in 3000 bc. Information on the laws and practise of hand reading have been found in vedic scripts, the bible and early semitic writings. Aristotle (384-322 bc) discovered a treatise on palmistry on an alter to the god hermes. The greek physicians Hippocrates and Galen (ad 130-200) were both knowledgeable about the use of palmistry as a clinical aid. Julius Caesar (102-44bc) judged his men by palmistry. Notable people such as Paracelsus (1493-1541) and Fludd (1574-1637) brought respectibility to palmistry through their writings. Later Dr Carl Carus, physician to the king of saxony in the 19th century matched palms to personality. Advances in genetics, psychology and forensics have propeled palmistry into the modern age. In 1901 scotland yard adopted the technique of fingerprinting in criminal investigation and identification. Medical researchers studying skin patterns (dermatoglyphics), have discovered a corrospondence between genetic abnormalities and unusual markings in the hand. Research has confirmed a link between specific fingerprint patterns and heart disease. These days palmistry is well accepted throughout the world. Proffesional palmists can be found reading palms in every country in the world. Pick up almost any copy of a womens magazine and there is some information on palmistry. There are thousands of books written on the subject and there are palmistry clubs the world across. Colour of the Skin in PalmistryThe health of a person is often indicated by the colour of their hands. Dead white hands often indicate a lack of circulation. Pink hands are usually a sign of good health in palmistry. Red hands may indicate high blood pressure. Blue-ish hands indicate a sluggish condition of the circulation of the blood supply. Over the years of studying palmistry I have also come to notice that these same people often are good inventers as well. It should also be noted that if they have an earth shaped hand they will like the countryside and often make good frmers or at least gardeners. These people like stability and become stressed in times of change. A full set of square fingertips in palmistry shows us the orderly methodical type of person. Found often in accountants. Everything must be in its proper place with the highest degree of accuracy. The fingers tend to sit close together and the tips are smooth. Do you have a loop of seriousness on your palm. This loop sits between your ring finger and the middle finger. On women it usually indicates they are nurses or teachers. On men it can show business skills and success in life. A long middle finger will support this further. These people believe in getting ahead and im often pleased to find this loop on peoples hands in my study of palmistry. But what about the index finger in palmistry. Well if a person has a strong index finger that thrusts out on its own it shows a person who likes to lead and make decisions. These people go well as managers. They are good at controlling large amounts of staff. But if the person has a short index finger it will show the palmist that the person likes to work alone and often become self employed as a writer or an artist. Palmistry shows us much about the work directions people will take in life. People with arch fingerprints usually have jobs that re detailed special skills. But whorl fingerprints show us some artistic skills in palmistry. Small handed people do things on a big level, people with big hands do things involving fine detail. Dear questioner, we commend your pursuit of knowledge and your keenness to seek what is lawful and avoid what is not. We earnestly implore Allah to bless your efforts in this honorable way. First of all, it is to be stated that there is no room in Islam for anyone predicting the future. As Muslims we believe that only Allah has the full and accurate knowledge of the future. It is forbidden for Muslims to consult the future tellers or astronomers. Regarding the Islamic view of palmistry, Dr. Muzammil H. Siddiqi, former President of the Islamic Society of North America, states: “The issue of hand lines is a complicated one. Reading of hands is called ‘palmistry’. Some people say that this is a science that emerged in ancient India about 4,500 years ago. It is referred to in Indian literature as a kind of Samudrik Shastra (ocean of knowledge). Its original intent was not to predict future, but to do hand analysis for personality assessment and counseling. Later it degenerated into future telling, fortune telling and prediction. I am not fully convinced of its scientific value and I do not believe that it can be of much use for any accurate information about a person, his or her personality and traits. The lines of hands keep changing. Some experts say that one can see distinct changes in as little as three months. So if they state anything they, probably, state the present condition of a person and nothing more than that. As Muslims we believe that only Allah has the full and accurate knowledge of the future. The Qur’an says, “No soul knows what it will earn tomorrow…” (Luqman: 34) It is forbidden for Muslims to consult the future tellers or astronomers. We should not believe in their predictions. How Does Islam View Palmistry?

Islam is not against gaining any knowledge that is useful for the human society or contributes in the development of the human mind. The only point that needs to be established is that the field of Palmistry has gained the status of a science, and thus can be categorized as useful knowledge.
Those who believe that palmistry is, in fact, a science, should first get its status generally recognized as one. Without such recognition, palmistry cannot be considered useful for the human mind or the society, in general.
The Encyclopedia Britannica writes:
… there is no scientific support for the contention that the physical features observed in palmistry have psychic or occult predictive meaning,
Till such time as the field is recognized as a science on the basis of which accurate predictions can be made, its utility in my mind remains highly questionable. Deep involvement in this field renders a person superstitious and a conjecturer, which obviously is not approved by Islam.
God has given us our faculty to reason, understand and analyze. Islam wants us to make use of this faculty and take our decisions in the light of the guidance provided by our mind and then have faith in our Creator and Controller that He shall help us in life. Fields like palmistry have the potential of greatly affecting our personality. I have personally seen people, who are deeply involved in such fields, living their lives in superstitions and conjectures. They take their decisions, not on the basis of reason and faith, but on the basis of their (mostly inaccurate) assessments of the day, the week, the month and the year. I feel that such a behavior have rendered them completely devoid of any faith in God. Islam, on the other hand wants us to live a life of faith and reliance on God, rather than our baseless assessments about the future and about the character and quality of others.
In view of the foregoing explanation, I would not recommend a God-fearing person to involve in any such field, which is of no real utility for his life in this world or in the hereafter. Palmistry, in my opinion, belongs to this class of disciplines, till such time as its predictive nature is generally recognized to be accurate and scientific.

One of the prayers of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) was the following: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from helplessness, laziness, cowardice, and miserliness."Because palmistry entails speaking of Al-Ghayb (things exclusively known by Allah) based on mere guesswork, it is contrary to tawheed (belief in the Oneness of Allah), which is the cornerstone of Islam. Therefore, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) warned the faithful against indulging in such practices. He said, "Whoever visits a foreteller [which includes palmists, tarot readers, etc.] and believes in his [or her] words has denied what was revealed to Muhammad [i.e. the Qur'an]."He also said, "Whoever goes to a fortune-teller and asks him [or her] about something and then believes in his [or her] words will have his [or her] Prayer rejected for 40 days." May Allah help us safeguard our faith against the actions that undermine or diminish it in any way. Amen.
